I am really struggling with what to get my best friends kids for Christmas. Her son (my Godson) is 7, loves Dr Who and football but has pretty much everything to do with both - his birthday was the end of September so he's recently got everthing he wants. Her daughter is 4.5, loves horses and pink. Please help me with ideas of up to around £20-£25. Thanks a million!!!

These kids have pretty much EVERYTHING they could possibly want or need, hence the struggle. £20-£25 for each of them...

Loves horses and pink ought to be easy. Try Robinsons Country Leisure. E.g. http://www.robinsons-uk.com/products/Productdetail.asp?ProductCode=15846 or http://www.robinsons-uk.com/products/Productdetail.asp?ProductCode=86025

Dunno about the godson. What about one of those chair bean bags shaped like a football? http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Search?storeId=10001&catalogId=10001&langId=-1&searchTerms=FOOTBALL&viewType=seeAll&sortBy_1=16384&searchScope=458&searchType=&maxResults=11&fltrCatIds_1=41700&catId_1=42222&catName_1=Sports+and+leisure&catHits_1=54&catId_2=47801&catName_2=Snooker%2C+pool+and+games+tables&catHits_2=12&catId_3=41700&catName_3=Furniture+and+furnishings&catHits_3=11&catId_4=42358&catName_4=Toys+and+baby&catHits_4=2&catId_5=42590&catName_5=Gifts&catHits_5=1

I have pretty much the same problem with my 7 year old great nephew, now I just buy a gift card from Asda and let him go choose something himself, I hated doing it at first as it seems like you can't be bothered, but honestly kids love that as it makes them feel grown up been able to choose their own things.

First of All that is so sweet that you are helping a homeless kid. Some things you could get the kid is some new clothes and then go to a fast food place and get him/her a kids meal then go find him/her and ask if he/she wants to come home with you and tell and show him/her you have food and clothes that would probally make his/her whole life so much better

I've got my daugher the Barbie Tawny horse which she will love. It's around £25. Does the boy play computer games? What about a football game?
