Basically there is little truth to the Thanksgiving holiday as we know it. Yesterday, I saw this program in the National Geographic Channel and it provided good information about Thanksgiving.

The real truth about thanksgiving is being with your loved ones and being thankful for what you have. Some people doesn't even have food to eat or shelter. I am very thankful that i have a roof over my head, food to eat, and clothes on my back even though i am not rich.

There was a genicide on the native americans, then the theives had a feast, after some time I suppose they felt bad or wanted to make a quick buck, so you and I were sold an idea so we could pig out on GMO's in our food and make some CEO richer.
