At the risk of going into a sugar induced diabetic coma from the over sweetness I have to go w/ Miaka and Tamahome from Fushigi Yuugi :)
Why? Well, besides the fact that it's my fave anime those two are meant for each other. Hell, Tama had to be reincarnated so many times in order to be finally born in Miaka's world. Each one compliments the other's strenghts and helps w/ their weakness'

Hmmm? What about an awesome super couple that is so close to being canon that it's making me anxious and VERY VERY excited? ^^
I'm all for Roy Mustang and Riza Hawkeye. Because not only are they comrades in the military that trust eachother to the utmost, their best friends that trust eachother to the utmost. Their romance in evident, though unspoken, and perfection in th way that they don't /need/ words to express their feelings. I'm not gonna say that they're /together/ together, but they are together in the sense that I don't think one could live (happily) without the other around.
