breaking bad habits is all about self control and willpower

Habits are formed through repetitive actions. So start a new habit that counters the one you wish to stop. If your habit is smoking, start a new habit of speaking against smoking at every opportunity. Avoid people and places that will cause you to smoke.

its all in your mind power to do it. Bad habits like smoking is addictive but i believe that you can stop doing what you are doing if you only want to stop doing it. If you don't really want to stop your bad habits well then they will never leave you. You will never get rid of them.
It also takes support and courage to do them also.

It takes time but it is all up to you to know when it is time to stop. You have to make the decision. One question you will have to ask yourself is "What led me to doing this bad habit?", "Is it good or bad for me?" and "What do I gain from stopping?". You just need to be strong and believe in yourself that you can do it...

Ask yourself why you have to get it through. Is it for yourself or for the others. Write down your target, placed it in a place that you often see it. Plan and follow your time gradually.
Remember, you are your own boss, if you don't want to get it through, no body can force you.

just you knowing that you have then is the first step, now when you are going to do them, remember that you have the power to over come them.
ask your self if your more powerful then that and can stop it just before you do it(what ever it is at the time)
then tell your self that it isn't worth the time you do it.
and then reward your self for not doing it.
i did and now I'm free from smoking and drinking like i once did.
have faith in your self to.
