I will start cooking today so I don't have all the rush.
Actually, I start last week and froze most of the stuff for the dressing .

Tonight I'll make the herb butter and the Gravy base. Tomorrow I'm collecting my fresh turkey at 8 am so I can brine it for 24 hrs. I'll also prepare the dressing and most of the vegetable sides tomorrow.
Although I love to cook, I'm disorganised in the kitchen so I've written out a timeline this year!

Oh yeah, I started baking today and I will make our dressing tomorrow so all I have to do it reheat it on thanksgiving, I will also put in our turkey tomorrow night so it can cook overnight. I would hate to do eveything in one day.
Good luck and happy holidays!

Oh yeah! My family are early eaters, and I have a late function to attend as well, so I will be baking 2 carrot cakes tomorrow, and one casserole dish.

No we don't eat untill around 8 p.m. so I'm in no rush. I don't make everything from scratch either. We go somewhere around 5 and eat so I don't starve waiting on mine to get done.
