I was wandering what Italy, France and/or Spain are like. I was thinking of travelling to them. Like, what are things like there: like the weather all year around, general costs of things, English speaking capability, driving etc. What are the best places to visit in these countries? Apparenlty i hear that the South of Italy is dangerous. Is that true? What are the ppl like? What about food, whats it like? If uve been to either of these countries, help would be good.

The south of Italy would be warm all year around but other than that, all those countries have mild winters and warm summers. Nothing to the extreme in either.
Paris is supposedly very expensive just because of all the tourists it gets. But then again so are Spain and Italy said to be. Doubt you could get off cheap in the major cities.
Personally, I would not drive in any foreign country that you've just set foot on the first time. Bad, bad idea!
Italy, Spain and France are all amazing countries. It would be difficult to pick out "best places" in them. I would recommend deciding which culture you'd much rather endorse yourself in, as opposed to what places you want to see. Because quite frankly, anywhere you go in either one of those countries, you will not be disappointed. (Except possibly Paris)
I've heard of lots of pickpocketing in Italy and such. Little things you can easily protect yourself from. Don't worry too much about it.
The people in Italy would stand out the most out of these three countries - They chat nonstop, cannot keep their hands still and are fairly loud. I personally love this but whether or not you will..
FOOD? You're going to worry about food in Europe? Wow. Okay, food in all of these three countries is amazing, especially Italy. Bologna in Italy prides on having the best chefs. French cuisine is also world-renowned.
Honestly, if you're looking to go to any of these countries, just pick one of out of a hat. Where ever you go, you will not be disappointed.
If you go to France, however, I'd suggest seeing the southern coastline before visiting Paris. :)

Tough choice, I like them all but I've proabably had the most fun in Italy. France is best in summer, Spain not so much and Italy is decent all year round. I would go to Milan, Firenze and Naples given the choice. I dont know about Southern Italy since I've never been but its probably not that dangerous unless you walk around with a camera on your neck and a fanny pack on your waist ;)

You will find the people of Spain and Italy to be charming and gracious. If you are lucky, you may even find one Frenchman or Frenchwoman who is not arrogant and anti American.
