with all the problems we have when it comes to child pornography that the artist JoJo is only 15 years old and if you listen to song #2 on her latest CD - she sings the lyrics "do me, do me right now" - continually - over and over.
Does this bother anyone?
I feel like no one else notices that all young girls are being lured to become flaunts and over sexual at very young ages.
Then we have a 15 year old musician singing about being bent over and having sex.
I am apalled and fed up with our ironic view in society. We scold men for gawking at young girls but on the other hand we entice young girls to show off their pubic bones sticking out shaved and exposed out of low cut jeans, etc. I never thought i would be sounding like a prude but what gives???

Well Im a prude too then! My daughter is 21 now, but when she was a teen I was big bad mummy coz I would NOT let her wear some of the tarty clothes her friends were. She fussed and screamed and shouted but I never gave in. Now she says she cannot belive some of the stuff she wanted to wear and she is glad I sed no...1 up for the mums of the world!
Some of the music around is awful, promoting not just sex but violence too. How to stop it....I dont know if its possible...;

Interesting points, and indeed an issue that hasn't been addressed. To further this issue, I'd like to point out that most Western civilizations offer all manners of pornographic material, be it printed or video media, yet consider prostitution as taboo. As a consequence, all stimuli are available for getting people aroused, but no outlet to relieve such tension if they're not currently with someone. Hence the reason why those industrialized nations that practice such measures often suffer from higher rape occurences.

It is unfortunately, and I would not allow a child of mine to do that. Money does happen to rule the world, and sex sells. Dressing like that does stimulate boys and men alike, and they know that. And the men and boys like it, and pay for it, unless it is their own children. It's a problem, but it isn't going away. It will likely only get worse. Good luck.

Your not alone, but I don't think we can do anything. My husband has a 13 year old sister and a 14 year old brother, I hate the things they lissen to. Drugs,sex,gangs,everything you want your kids to stay away from. Our son is only 7 but he's always around them so I know he hears this! Man we have to do something!

The force of spiritualism and eloquence of evangelists and Guru's, has to gather power and momentum in the next few years to produce the corrective counter force to right things. Collective Will is required in great magnitude to exert the righting force!

until we stop listening to, watching or buying this crap, the big money will keep producing it...this is driven by greed and these promoters know that the market exists...we have to rally and defeat in order to win...

i agree,the clothes that young girls are wearing nowadays is beyond me,i have 4 teen age girls and if they are not fully clothed they do not leave my house
