It is not possible in Paint as far as I know; you want an image editor for that.

YIKES!

I don't think paint lets you cut anything that precisely.

Not to mention you'll have all sorts of issues with lighting, shadows, etc.

You'll need a good program like Adobe Photoshop for this kind of work - unfortunately these programs will set you back $500 or more (depending on wether or not you buy an old version)

I bought Adobe Photoshop CS when it was still relatively new for $750

I suspect this wasn't the answer you wanted - but It's what you need.

the very first tool on the toolbar in paint.. the one on the top left that is a star with dotted lines.. click on that then trace around the person in the picture you want to cut out.. then press ctrl and x
open the other picture and press ctrl and v and move it to where you want it
easy as that!

Paint won't be able to do this. If you can't afford Photoshop, you could try a free alternative called The Gimp: http://www.gimp.org/windows
