I have a 4 day visa in to Dubai, Going to have interviews.?

If I find a job in these days, do I have to leave the country? or can they process my visa then and there?

If you are going on a visit visa, it can be extended up to 90 days. This duration is quite enough to find out a job as well as a residence visa. Probably the processing of visa will take around couple of weeks.

If you are visiting on a transit visa it is valid for 14 days and non-extendable. Check your visa status and decide before departure to Dubai.
