assuming u are talking about high BP, u shud take a couple of spoons of yogurt on an empty stomach in the morning.
i know ppl who make a habit of this and their BP levels drop to normal WITHOUT taking tablets to control it!!!
and a daily glass of concentrated orange juice is good too
try it for a week at least... i am sure it will help!

You do not say whether your blood pressure is too low or too high. How on earth can we answer you?
If you have blood pressure problems, either low or high, you need to work with your doctor to find the right kind and right dose of medications to control it.
Blood pressure is not a "do-it-yourself" thing to fix. Get medical help. It sure beats dying.

Go to the doctor and get medical help to correct your blood pressure problem. High blood pressure is dangerous and can be treated.

The medical literature suggests that anyone with a questionable blood pressure (BP) whould purchase a home BP unit and record their BP at home every day within 1 hours of awakening. If the BP # is typically above 115/065 I would email them to your physician (at least I have patients email their readings to me) and the physician will let you know if anything needs to be done. A home reading above 115/065 does not mean that something must be done simply that the BP needs to be followed.

loose wt .. If u r overwt.
exercise.. daily to release stress ..
eat alot of veggis and fruits ..
eat healthy food and reduce salt intake..
If it dosnt work .. consult your physician.
