My son's two bottom teeth came through 9 days ago, how long after they come through the surface does it take for them to be all the way in? And also how long after his bottom teeth come in do his top teeth come in? I know all babies are different I just want to know other peoples experiences. Thanks!

For my son it took months for the teeth to come all the way in. The top teeth should be coming in soon after. Baby's gums will probably look swollen prior to the breakthrough. It was kinda cute because his gums looked normal except for in the very front where they looked huge! Enjoy this time....the jack o' lantern smile is the best!

It takes 2-3 days for them to come through all the way, though sometimes longer.
Mine baby was:
Tuesday Oct 17: Top right tooth
Wed oct 18: bottom right tooth
Oct 29 Top Left tooth
Nov 10 Bottom left
