Oxy-clean carpet remover; or pour hot (boiling water mixed with vinegar) over the stain, and put an old towel over the stain afterwards and the stain will come off as well as the smell.

Blot up as much as you can, then pour on some white vinegar and let that sit awhile. Blot that up and dampen with water. Keep blotting. When spot is dry, sprinkle baking soda on the spot, and vacuum up. Don't use bleach or any harsh chemicals. If this doesn't work, call the manufacturer of the carpet and see what they say to do.

a 1/2 and 1/2 mix of water it takes the stain out, and the vinegar will take out the urine smell without making it smell like vinegar.

Depending on the type of carpet that you have, i.e., nylon, olefin, your best bet is to go to your local carpet store and see waht the manufacterers of the carpet suggest. Or go online to Mohawk, Beaulieu, or whoever manufactered it and get their recommendations. If you use something to clean it and it doesn't fall under their warranties, then your warranty is null and void.

Ammonia will neutralize the smell. As far as the stain, petco. But make sure you use ammonia, or the stink shall grow.

1: blot it out as best as you can. 2: go to walmart and get Urine Gone.. it will disolve the enzymes of the pee and make it all go away. It also gets rid of the smell.
I use it often enough. I have two dogs.
