watched it last night and the single mother of 3 was blubbing because she didn't like the images of her kids when they hit 40,it's her responsibility to feed her kid properly not needing to be shown how it's done ,and as for the computer images of the children anyone else think they are exaggerates for the shock value .People don't deserve to have kids if this is the way they allow them to be fed eating and drinking all the crap in the house then saying i can't do anything about it .its normally the kids filling up the shopping trolly with the junk to give mum a easy time

with the amount of information thats out there now no parent should not understand that 'we are what we eat'. however being a parent is the hardest job there is and no-one is perfect. the pictures are definitely exaggerated! howcome in the 'after' pics they are always really smiley?!

yes i do believe the people who let there kids fill up on convenience and junk food, but that's the kind of society we live in, on the go parents don't always have the time to be making meals and find it easier just to put things in the oven and let them cook.We always had proper cooked dinners and had to always sit at the kitchen table and eat with no TV allowed.
I just think people need to be educated about food nutrition especially when kids are young making sure they get to sleep at night, take TV.s computers and game stations from bedrooms.
I don't think the pics they use for the "kids at 40" are exaggerated because seeing what crap the kids eat , with little to no exercise then it would not surprise me, if they looked like the programme predicts them to look like

I totally agree with you, but mum's should try and go out shopping without the kid's distracting them, or be firm with them if you have to take them with you, it's just laziness not cooking them decent meals.

the parents of a fat child should be ashamed if u cant keep a child fit and healthy you shouldn't be aloud to have children the parent are just lazy tossers who are worse than the kids
