Not all woman spot.

Usually 1-2 weeks after conception. This is really called "Implantation Bleeding" this is where the "sperm" is attaching itself to the egg and causing bleeding. It is really light and should possibly just last 1-2 days, so if it gets heavy like a period, it may be a miscarriage!
