You have couple of choices if your dress is completly white and is up to your knees.
BLACK, RED, OR DUSTY PINK.
If your dress has another shade with white then your shoes should match the other shade.
For example, if your white dress has a red silky belt then I would wear red shoes. You ge the picture?

First,is it a summer dress,an after five dress,workplace dress?Also,what accessories are you wearing?Some people go by the rule of no white shoes after Labor Day until Easter.Good rule.I would lean toward whatever accents you use to add color.Spectator pumps(black and white)go well,as would red/white,taupe/white,etc.Work to blend the color.There's nothing worse than having your shoes dominate your look.They should add to your selection,not overwhelm it.

Well, this is a tricky one. Where are you going out to in this white dress?
Your shoes will really be decided by the occasion.
I would suggest either a black or a light color depending also on your accessories. Maybe pick something that will complement your purse or jacket.

Navy Blue always look great with the white contrast. It's one of my favorite combinations. Black would work, depending on the situation.
Don't go with the "dusty pink" suggestion. It's fall, stick with dark bold colors and leave the pastels for spring.

You can wear pretty much anything as long as acessories match and everything. I love wearing gold with everything and it goes with everything! Very hot this season too!!
