Get a family law attorney to guide you through it. Basically, you have to motion the court for emancipation and show the judge that you are able to provide for yourself. Present a plan showing how you will be able to take care of food, clothing, shelter, employment, transportation, etc. If your parents agree, it will help. If they don't agree, then you will have a more difficult time convincing the court that you are better of without them than with them.
The best answer is to wait another year and then do as you see fit.
