First, bless you for not wanting to be rude :) I know some people with your convictions that would 'preach" at us "meat eaters" during the whole meal. You could prepare or grab a tofu turkey, and while you are there offer some of it to others, but you yourself could probably find a lot of stuff to eat since there are a lot of side dishes that are veggies.
Again, bless you :)

How about a salad of some sort? Maybe fruit salad or one with mixed greens and lots of fresh veggies. My mom always makes a big fruit salad at Thanksgiving and Xmas and there's usually never any left. I bet there will be some side dishes there that you will be able to eat.

extremely consumer-friendly, speedy and you probable have maximum the products on your pantry. Make mashed potatoes, upload 2 cloves of garlic in step with pound of potatoes to the cooking water. Mash the spuds utilising veggie broth and Earthbalance or in spite of butter sub you like (Olive oil works nicely with crimson potatoes). Make a vegan gravy utilising your veggie broth, cornstarch to thicken and the secret to get the meateaters to *love* your gravy is to characteristic a splash of bourbon to the boiling inventory in the past thickening! The alcohol boils off BTW. My companion's mom hated it that individuals could choose for my gravy over hers.
