No. These are the highest risk people of all. Plus, 80% of all mosques (FBI report made after 9/11) are radicalized and support terrorism. It is overwhelmingly likely that these guys are screaming hate from a pulpit against the US and egging people on to murder, if they aren't frankly involved in terrorism themselves.

I think the feds should dig into their backgrounds. They will most certainly find good cause to arrest them.

For God's sake, these guys are coming back from a major conference where one of the main topics of discussion is how to kill everyone on the plane. I think you would be rather upset if you saw a video of what these guys were doing/saying just the day before, with english translation.

I think it is a legitament concern in light of what happened on 9/11. They were saying their prayers right before they got on the plane. To an American or most westerners (who would likely say a prayer before he dies, such as in a firing squad or when about to be attacked by a bear, or even before a suicide bomb), it would seem that their prayers before getting on the plane meant they were saying their "last rites" of sorts. Though it is an example of over sensitivity, I think their "embarassment" is acceptable for the safety of the passengers. I can't say I wouldn't have been a little nervous either

The Muslims were in question because they got up to pray on an airliner. I believe that if they new it was going to be that time of day....take another flight. Don't do your praying on an airliner if a group of you are going to get up and move around. Any group of people who get up like that in an organized fashion are going to create concern among the other passengers. Yes, we as a nation, are still on edge because of 9/11. But shouldn't the Muslim community be on edge right along with us. They are apart of our civilization too. There had to have been Muslims not involved in the attack plan that were killed on those planes as well.
Maybe educating the fellow passengers as to what they were doing would have put them at ease. If a group of hispanic folks were to get up all at once........that would definately draw attention.- a group of white teenage girls getting up all at once would create attention although primarily annoyance.

Great call for the airlines. Anyone, getting ready to board or waiting on a commercial airlines, notices three or four Muslims preying to Allah, should be a little nervous!

I would say forget about political correctness, racial profiling and all other impudent rule that would hinder authorities or civilians from protecting their civil rights when it comes to flying in a potential bomb.

Fanatical Islam, as a rule, is made up of Muslim people who worship Allah. They admit that they want to kill Americans using any method. I am sorry that all Muslims are profiled, but they should be aware of what's really happening with in their faith and show a little understanding. If they don't, I would wonder about their specific commitment to Allah.

No the airline was not wrong. Whether or not they had evil intentions, they were getting up to engage in their prayers. They were creating a disturbance on the plane. I'm sorry if their religion doesn't allow them to set quietly in their seat and pray to themselves... they should have scheduled a flight at a different time so as not to interfere in their worship.

Again, trying to force speech on private enterprise.

The S. Ct. has held that government subsidy does not a government entity make.

I think it depends on what was going on at the time in the plane.

Maybe in this case they were.

But if they were showing threatening warning signs then they should be tossed...
