In general, the video card that goes in laptops and notebooks are built straight into the mainboard for ease of manufacture and shock-proofing. Only very recently did Alienware and other boutique laptop makers introduced laptops that has modular video systems, and even then you MUST go back to the maker to see if they make a better module for your model.

HP has discontinued the model and nothing on their website suggests that the video card can be replaced.

So I am afraid there is no solution for your problem.

This card is not made for games, that's why games will not play on it. The chipset specs do not fulfill minimum requirements for anything but minesweeper and solitaire.
If you want to add a video card - you have to make sure you have enough space in your laptop for a GeForceGo series, or RadionMobility. Otherwise - you can purchase an external video card that will work through your USB or firewire, but those are rare, expensive, and bulky.
Try updating you BIOS and any chipset updates HP or INTEL have for you laptop.
Other than that - I would suggest to buy a new laptop with a video card capable to play games you want. And that will cost you, of course :P.

NO. It's not even a video card! It's onboard motherboard graphics... I used to play GTA IV every day, and you need a really good card to be able to play that game, as it's very graphically intensive. On my old PC I had a $200 card that would get 45 FPS on medium settings in the airport, and 30FPS everywhere else. So you'll need a good card to even play it, let alone get more than 60FPS - and don't even think of running it on a high res screen lol. To play GTAIV on high settings with a good monitor you'll need something like a Nvidia GTX 570. It was also one of the most CPU intensive games when it came out, and with a processor like that it'll be running at 100% all the time trying to run it I'm afraid, my old PC had a quad core 2.6 Ghz, and the CPU was at 90% constantly.

About the only thing you can upgrade in a laptop is the Ram and hard drive. Video cards are integrated into the motherboard to save room. This means that they are generally not upgradeable. You are stuck with that card. There is not much you can do, other than buy a new laptop with a better card.
