Rock, alternative, electronica, electro-punk, brit-pop, pop, punk rock, some jazz, some hip-hop&rap, some 70's, def 80's and 90's, and some well most of today's music. Like a lot of the older stuff though, [which is amazing for a very young person I would think], i.e. Morrissey, The Smiths, Depeche Mode, Duran Duran, Boy George, George Michael, The Strokes(not that old), Queen, Wham!, New Order, Tears for Fears, Oingo Boingo, & The Who, The Pet Shop Boys, The Clash, R.E.M., and Frank Sinatra. Then The White Stripes, Jamie Cullum, Oasis, Jem, The Scissor Sisters, Black Eyed Peas, The Killers, KT TUNSTALL, Interpol, Garbage, Moving Units, Franz Ferdinand, The Bravery, The Chemical Brothers, The Arctic Monkeys, U2, Bob Marley, The Subways, Michael Buble. And the list could go on and on!!! You could say I love music & its a big part of my life. yeah you could! ;p

Most stuff but jazz and I don't like much classical. I'd say pop to soft rock and harder rock too - anything from the 80's to now really.

Symphonic Rock i.e Yes.
Solo Artist i.e. Chris Rea.
Trance music i.e. Ferry Causten
That's about it really.Very limited in my choice of music.

rock is my thing. punk, metal, alternative are great. last i checked i hated mainstream, but just now i was watching the red hot chili peppers and green day on TV and they're gotten alot better. and U2. i'm singing for a rock band, but my throat is sore and we don't know what kind of band we're gonna be. Rise Against is really cool too. thats real rock.

-that dogsh*t they call post-grunge (nickelback, staind, etc.)
-nondescript radio garbage under the catch-all category of pop
-bad death metal
-christian/gospel/other such nonsense
-bad indie that tries really hard to be 'different' and bizarre and stripped-down but just ends up sucking
-synthpop, britpop, j-pop, anything that ends in pop
-post-1980 country

I like waht my husband lovingly refers to as 'wa.nk rock'. Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen etc.
I quite like some of the punkier stuff around at the moment, like Green Day, My Chemical Romance, that kind of thing.

I like tons of different bands like the All American Rejects, Fall Out Boy, Panic!At the Disco, Amber Pacific, Fort Minor, Linkin Park, stuff like that.
