Absolutely!
I change people by writing answers to questions in this great forum! They read them & are changed !!! OMG !
Seriously, people only change if they want to. You can supplement their thinking with information, but you can't help them make the decision.

For me, it's not a matter of what I can do, but of what I can be used to do. I know this may not make sense, but I believe that God Himself uses me as an instrument of change. The instrument alone is useless. A trumpet doesn't play itself. As the instrument being used by Him, He changes people. He simply allows me the joy of being used in this process. Of course, this is based upon my belief in the life-changing faith in God through Jesus Christ.

You can not change someone. The best you can do is motivate them to change. But they will have to change themselves and even then we are creatures of nature and sometimes we give in to old or bad habits.

I've tried to change people for 34 years, heck, I've tried to change myself for 34 years. No luck yet.

A person can only change themselves, you can't do for them. You can ask them too and give them ideas but that's about it.

Nope can't be done. People are who they are and if they do change it's of their own volition.
