This question really sound silly but using one's logic and with the aid of the table of conversion I came to this solution...or shall i say my conclusion. 3ft= 1 yard therefore if i'm going to buy a yard of meat then the butcher will give me three lower limbs or three feet of meat ( pork, beef, or whatever that has feet).

It doesn't seem unreasonable at all. I have seen whole pork tenderloins in the supermarket that were over two feet long. I suppose that from a larger animal (such as a cow) the corresponding muscles masses would be larger, and perhaps a yard long.

it is possible but not very useful. Logic will tell you that measuring a 3dimensional object in only one dimension will only give you partial information.
If your meat would come in standardized sizes like wood comes e.g. in 2x4, there would be some usefulness of buying it by the yard.

DVDs are formatted by area, so that you isn't waiting to play DVDs from the united kingdom in US DVD gamers or computers (US is area a million). although, maximum computers enable a "area change" which will assist you agree on which area your computing device will play DVDs (this comes up as an option even as a DVD from a distinct area than the computing device's production unit settings is inserted on your computing device). be careful although, because you'll purely be able to modify between areas a constrained form of circumstances (5 or so).

YES, if you are talking about a yard, as in a yard of concrete. This yard means one cubic yard.
You'd have to be pretty hungry. :)

Only if it was a cubic yard. It is much easier to go by weight, isn't it. One pound of small intestine would stretch how far?
