I would try another formula.
It may not be ALL soy formulas, but the one you are using now is definitely NOT the one that agrees with her.
Don't be afraid of trial and error. It's a popular trend in parenting! This is just the start of a "let me guess what's wrong" game.

I put my baby on soy formula and we had a similar experience. She never spit up with milk based or breast milk, but breastfeeding didn't work out and she can't digest milk based formula. The spitting up didn't last long. For some reason or another the soy just doesn't go down as smoothe. After feeding I didn't lay her down right away. I tried to keep her sitting up in a bouncy seat or holding her. I found that burping her too vigorously made her spit up.
The other thing I found is that her poop is harder on soy, so she was getting constipated in the beginning and I was giving her a couple oz of water twice a day and every once in a while when she was very constipated my doctor said to give her a tablespoon of karo syrup in her formula.
She's almost four months old now and doing great on the soy. No more constipation and she very seldom spits up.
Baby's that have acid reflux, from what I have seen (two babies in particular I can think of) have it with every type of liquid they drink including breast milk. The one baby can only eat similac soy ready to go. Maybe try using ready made version. Whatever formula you try though, stick with it for a couple weeks so you don't upset your baby's digestive track even more.

May not be the formula at all, went through the same thing with my daughter. She actually had GERD which is very common in babys. You may want to discuss this with your doctor; the soy as well can be upsetting her tummy as it did my daughter. When she was an infant. She is now five, however what I was told to do was start out with 2 0z at a time have her sit up for half hour give her another or you can start with four. Either way have the infant sit up for a half hour to forty minutes before lying them down. This will help to make sure that the liquids are going into her belly and not sitting in her esphogas as well as you will be preventing a choking hazard. Good luck, do look into this with your pediatrician.

Returning to breastfeeding would be best, but if that's not an option try a different brand of formula. My 2 breastfed babies started getting some formula around 6-8 months and neither of them could take Enfamil, it made them throw up, we switched to Carnation Good Start and they were fine. If different brands don't help talk to her doctor, she may have acid reflux.
