An effective team member is one who:
- finishes his work on time
- has good attitude towards work
- is always willing to learn
- escates things on time
- work on his goals and aspirations logically
To move from a Team Member to Team Leader one :
- should be a good Team Member. He should be comfortable working in a collaborative envt.
- can share his ideas assertively and logically among the team
- should try to learn from a good Team Leader about leadership skills
- provide good working envt. and can represent team consensus during
- should take feedbacks (both +ve and -ve) and work logically on them
- help building a team by either setting examples or grooming good resources (team members)
