I took the test and I found out that I'm in the ESFJ type. Defined by the site as "the Caregiver". But, believe me, I don't work in any of the professions mentioned by the site... although I'm planning to quit engineering and study medicine when I'm in my fourties, I'm quite satisfied with my profession and with the people with whom I work now.

No. I nevertheless have not seen any purpose for this departmental decision. till the attempt became into stumbled directly to be unsuitable (no one has suggested that's) i do no longer understand why they did no longer only enable it stand. As for the folk who did no longer make the muster... greater effective success next time.
