No, a man cannot be raped by a woman. The definition of rape is quite specific in what actions have to occur during a rape. The correct charge for a woman who sexually assaults a man is sexual battery.

Yes. Rape is sex being forced upon someone else. Some state laws don't actually account for this situation and it is something that should be changed. But the occurances of this situation are very, very low. Less than 5% of rape victims are men. But that may be due to under-reporting because men think they may not be masculine anymore because a woman was able to dominate him. It's a cultural phenomenon.

Yes, a woman can force a man to participate in sex with her. In New York State, it wouldn't be considered rape, but would probably be classified as Forcible Sodomy or Sexual Abuse. Your jurisdiction's legal definition may vary.
And there have been cases of women sexually assaulting males - usually women sexually abusing their sons, nephews or other little kids in their care. In New York City, about a year ago, a female day care worker was arrested for molesting a little boy that she was watching.

Yes he can. It is nearly always by a woman in a position of power over a younger or subordinate male where some form of manipulation or coercion takes place.
There was also a case a couple of years ago where a young woman held up a taxi and forced the driver to have sex with her by threatening him with a knife.

Yes they can be, usually by a seductress who preys on young men or boys. And it's every bit as degrading as the rape of a woman or women. Mostly they go unreported for obvious reasons, SOCIETY.

Legally I don't think they consider rape as a woman performing the act on a man. There have been however, sexual harassment cases against women who harass a man.
