If you mean what fears led to the rebellion, they were afraid of high taxes which the state imposed. The rebellion led to a general fear throughout the nation by the upper class that debtors would begin to rebell in the others states. The government would have to be more representative of the people's wishes to prevent the masses from rebelling. The Constitution of 1787 was an answer to this concern.
