As long as it's creative, original, and has something positive to contribute, I could choose any one.
One good example is Arrested Development or Tribe Called Quest. Or Led Zeppelin, R.E.M., or Natalie Merchant.
Hip hop is evolving as we speak, and putting some excellent stuff out there. I hear it in the coffee shops and on the radio, but as I don't watch tv or read the hip hop web sites, I'm a little behind the curve. I do like Little John and the East Side Boyz, Mystikal, and other hip hop of Savannah, Georgia, Memphis, and the New Orleans Diaspora.

Both of them...I love rock..but I love hip hop songs with quality too.For example I hate hip hop songs which are like naked girl body racers!
