Needing IPOD Or MP3 advice?

Question

I need to puchase an IPOD or MP3 player for a 10 yro. under $100. Wanting one that has a rechargable battery or able to replace battery.
What is the difference in the 2. I know nothing about Ipods or MP3
Any advice as to which one to get her and brand would be the best for under $100. Would be appriciated
The 2 places I have to choice from to purchase them are Office Depot, Wal-Mart

You can't get an Ipod for under $100. I would go with creative labs becouse their products are cheaper and just as good as the ipod. You can go to walmart, target, and buy it online. U need 2 do some research on this as 2day dh market is full of new mp3 players
Yes U can get i pod Shuffle for bout 100 $
Basically mp3 is a format in which songs r played & an i pod is also basically a mp3 player
Other brands r Creative , Sansa , Intex , Sony(U can get a sony bean walkman for less than 100 $ & I think it also has rechargeble batteries)
Panasonic has also launched mini mp3 players which R also quite cheap & i pod competetiors

all concerns on how plenty music u would be usin on the music participant, if plenty i say a ipod nano then, reason its small, and u can get as super as 8gb i think, and it may are available black if u like. u can verify the fees on superb purchase's internet site, or on futere shop. wish i helped.

Get iPod shuffle 2G. It is the smallest mp3 player and it is cool.
