Jayne? Lets remind ourselves that it is 2006. I am having problems myself trying to figure out boy and girl names. This is my first child and I have no clue on names because my mind changes all the time. If it is a girl and her middle name is Jayne, pick something that comes to mind you can use for a nick name. Mine is Amanda Jean, I know I hate it too, but my dad always called me A.J until my mom brought up Mandy. I do go by both though. It's just a thought. I do like the spelling of Jayne though. Good Choice.

Convinced i was having a fourth girl I chose Bo, also liked Grace, already have an Emma, Amie and a Niamh and ended up with a very much longed for George. Tia seems popular and would go with Jayne, as would Evie. This really is a personal choice and i wish you good luck.

I love unusall names such as Kitiara, Katriona, and Candice.
Kitiara jayne, Katriona jayne, Candice Jayne? They all sound very pretty, dont you think. In my life time ive only ever met 1 other Philippa! My middle name is Annette and is also my Aunties name, I quite like Annette for a name, Annette jayne?
There are also names that are quite common such as Hannah, Fiona. Hannah Jayne, Fiona Jayne?
My Favourite name is Zoe. Zoe Jayne? I like your name, Manda, thats quite unual!
There are also boy's names that i like such as james, Matthew
Andrew. I much prefer talking about Girl's names, dont you!
Boy or girl it doesnt matter, your baby will be beautiful and you will be very proud! good luck :)

What about Jennifer Jayne? Madeline Jayne has a ring to it. Older names seem to be making a comeback so maybe think along those lines (maybe Gertrude is a bit much though!!). I like the name Queenie and it is quite unusual. Hope this helps.

Melissa Jane (I honestly think it's better without the y). Melissa means "Sweet as honey". I agree Madeleine is nice too. Also Lydia, Celia (after Cecilia, patron saint of music), Laura (meaning "of the laurels"), Eloise (which I think is a variant of Louise). Don't like the name Charlotte: although I have a niece of that name I have never liked it.
Boys' names: if I'd had children, my sons would have been called Oliver and James. Oliver means "kind". Jacob, Nathan, Reuben, all nice names. I know of an Oscar as well, which I think is a great name - and think what a distinguished namesake he'd have!
