the best place to get coloured nail varnishes that your unsure of is to from cheaper ones like 17 at boots, which have a great range of colours, arent too expensive and are quite good quality, just make sure you wear an undercoat underneath dark colours or your nails will be stained

Try the new NYC range from Superdrug. Its really cheap and cheerful and you can find all kinds of colours for around £1.99 I believe. I might even try red with something dark- vixen like! I think that would look really sexy.

chocolate brown is in fashion at the moment, its not as dark as black and will go with most colours, the brand I use is 17 or rimmel as they not to expensive but do make sure you use a good base coat and a finishing coat to stop chipping, hope you have a good weekend.

try boots the chemist, they have a large range of make-up in store, you should easily be able to find a shade you will be happy with, make sure its a good one as dark chipped nail varnish looks cheap.

Hi >
What happened to my old "chequer-board" nails. Purple & Orange... "old hippy days"
Now I just use clear stuff to play guitar - stops all the cracks etc.
Sounds silly for a bloke, but the stuff seems to work.
Don't do my toenails, though. Seems more daft.
