He is in the lead right now with 1045 yds. Tiki has injured his thumb and I think his production is going to go down. The only threat is LT. To his advantage the Chargers have an eaier schedule.
I like LJ over LT simply because his running style is not the "cut and run" style of smaller backs like LT, Barry Sanders and Marshall Faulk. Larry runs like Earl Campbell putting hits on LBs than getting them.

This will come down to the wire. I think he's got a good shot. I think it will come down to the Chargers and their playoff position near the end of the season. If they clinch, and have nothing to play for, they will rest LT.

LJ and the Chiefs are going to have to kick, bite, and scratch their way to a wildcard. This should help LJs numbers, even if the schedule doesn't.

I think its going to come down to the last couple games. Both are excellent runningbacks. LJ has more yards and is pretty consistant each week, while LT may have alot of yards and a score one week but have like 70 yards and 4 scores the next. LT has already broken alot of franchise records for the Chargers, but in my own opinion i dont think he's going to win it this year.

With the Chargers schedule and the way they are committed to the run then barring injury LT will run away with it.

I'll say that not only will LT win the rushing title, but right now he is the clear cut choice for league MVP...remember that I said that!
