On the lower task bar You should have an icon for video settings,,Right Click on that and there should be Rotation controls
Or,,You maybe can simply Right Click on the rotated screen,,and find a rotation control.
If all else fails,,click Start>Settings>Control Panel>Display>Settings....and there should be a Rotation Control.
In Display Settings,,You may have to click an "Advanced" tab to find it.
Or,,in Control Panel,,You might find a Icon for Your Specific Graphics Card,,ie:Nvidia or ATI/Radeon,etc.
There is normally a Rotation Control to be found somewhere in there
Good Luck

"rotate" is not a feature of windows so it must be some program you have on your computer and my guess would be the graphics card. As your cat has activated it then it must be something on the desktop you can change.. have a look on the task bar to see if there is any graphics program/icon there.. check out the options available on that, I'm sure one of them must be rotate.. if all else fails get your cat to show you exactly what it did!!

on my computer I click right on the desktop and go to graphic options and its on there. Otherwise do what the other person said through control panel.
If its just the start menu that has moved to the side you can drag it back.
