I lived with my husband and mother-in-law for 3 years. There were alot of ups and downs.....but for the most part, we got along good....we became best friends. I got mad when she bugged me about taking the trash out.....cooking dinner....stuff like that. We don't live with her anymore.

I don't hate , and once you live togather, there will be some issues, which has to be taken with positive perspective. No body is perfact including you, so as you forgive yourself for the mistakes, have the same attitude for inlaws. Living togather, and being gentle should create love than hate. It takes time to understand others, but going out will not solve the problem.
Its better to be the right person than finding the right person.

I live with my inlaws now and I hate it. The reason we are doing it right now is to save money to get a place of our own. My father in law is going senile and my mother in law is just plain nuts. Always hovering over my son and asking "Where is he" If he isnt right under her nose she looking all around the house for him. He is a 3 year old, but he is smart and likes to do things on his own and doesnt need to be hovered over all of the time. I am counting the days til I get the hell out of there. I CANNOT STAND IT!!!!!

I don't live with my in-laws, but a friend of mine does at the moment and she absolutely hates it. This is because her MIL still insists on doing everything for her son. His laundrey and his lunch and his ironing everything at first my friend thought that it was nice but now it gets on her nerves.
They are living with them because they are in the middle of moving house and its taking a lot longer that expected as their new house isn’t ready

My best friend lives with her mother in law & her husband. OMG they hate each other. It's a constant battle for her. Rightfully so. Their mother moved in with my friends. It's not the mother's house. My friend feels like she can't make a family of her own as long as his mother is there. I feel so bad for her.

Never have...Never would. Marriage is hard enough.
........Living with others is an impossible situation.
GET OUT. It's worth any cost, if you wish to save your marriage.

Main thing is why do you live with them? Things would be alot better if you didn't live with them.
