Spitting is supposed to stop them 'fogging' while you are wearing them.

If you really wanted to clean them I would just wash in some mild soapy water and make sure you rinse them well with water.

Use standard toothpaste. Not gel and not toothpaste with those little gritty, polishing beads in it. Crest works well. Rub it in, let it sit for a couple minutes, then rinse it out.

My boyfriend goes scuba diving it's something to do with spitting in them and toothpaste, i don't know what i stopped listening after the spitting!

do not scrub it with your finger or any other thing because thier is a liquid is put on it to prevent it from foging
