Warez are, by definition, pirated versions of copyrighted software, so, most likely, yes, they're illegal. In many cases, copy protection is bypassed, either by including unlocking codes, or by alteration of the software itself. The second is somewhat dangerous, given that it's uncertain what sort of modifications have been made; some warez have included trojans.

I don't what it is. Legal or illegal. But they are giving big softwares totally free. Isn't this good for us? Personally I download a lot of files from warez forum. If you are running slow speed while downloading I suggest you to download "Download Accelator Plus 8.0". Then you'll be able to download big softwares fast and faster. Believe me. Just try it oncw. I'm using it to download big softwares. Don't think about warez forum. Just keep downloading safely. Never give your personal imformation. Thanks.

If you are using the forum to get a serial number for a software that you had bought but lost the serial number and unable to contact the supplier or manufacturer for any reason then, its legal otherwise its illegal. I would like to go one more step further to say that in case you want to try out a software before buying the full version of the software and are not convinced with their trail version or the demo version since all options have not been enbled in the demo version or the trial version, then convertng it to a full version by suppling the password or cracking it using a crack and then not using it to benefit yourself from the software i.e. not using it for your projects or for marketing it, I might consider it legal. Finally, its your intent that is going to decide whether its legal or not.
