Yes, love in its purest form when present in everyone across the world will mean the end to all suffering. But this LOVE is as difficult to establish as it is to know God. It is like a dream rather than a reality.

Even individually, if one can learn to love all, it would lead to eternal happiness. But that too is very difficult to achieve since it calls for complete annihilation of ego. As a living being, it is next to impossible to completely kill the ego.

Nevertheless, love is still the answer. To the extent one can love truly, even if not eternally and not towards all, still to that limited extent happiness can be achieved. We can strive to broaden and deepen the feeling of love in ourselves to maximise the level of happiness we can achieve.

There is no one answer to all of mankind's problems and for good reason. To be honest I cannot imagine myself living in a world without any problems (read challenges) because then I would soon be just existing rather than living with a purpose. Problems are part of our beautiful lives to make us the humans that we are. Its like weights in a gym that can shape us. Its like hot spice in food (how much can we eat if everything is really sweet?)

I firmly believe we are given problems because God knows we have unique capabilities to handling them and each person has their own unique way of handling the problem. Love maybe one way.

The word love has not been used or restored to what this word was meant and intended to represent. Love is used to justify murder and the pain inflicted by human beings towards one another, saying the love word and not meaning at all the represention of this gift, but hurting instead the human who is either stupid or to innocent enough to believe them. Love is represented more affectively within the Animal and Nature communities, than in the human race. What a loss of such a valuable emotion and great need for our planets exsistance, that certain people have chosen and decided to destroy forever.

You are absolutely right. If only mankind knows how to love one another, there would be peace on earth,

No. With love, there is jealousy and envy because there is always a difference between the amount of love one can give different people. Therefore when one loves one more than the other, there is jealousy. Jealousy spawns violence. Need more be said?

Which brings us back to the question. What is love? Many have searched through all the places where love has walked, love has talked and love has touched and yet to reach in the end where love is, when we enter the place of love , it is known to be so and our words say so. this I know.

No.

I see women every day that stay with husbands or boyfriends that abuse them physically and emotionally (often to the point of hospitalization) because they love them.

How does this solve anything?

"Love" might be the blessing and curse, at the same time?

As may be the alternatives?
