Yes, I would stick up for my husband. This is the person who you love and cherish (or supposed to). I would expect the same from the husband too.

I do it all the time. My mother always insults him, and I stick up for him every time. Like when I was in labor with my son, she said he was going to run off, or when she said that my ex bf and I would have had beautiful children when my son was already 1 1/2 years old. She is a bitter women.

My husband can stick up for himself. What I would do is go to the passive-aggressive coward and tell the person to try insulting my husband to his face and see where that takes him/her.

I sure would !!!! That is what a wife is suppose to do and vice versa. If she cant stick up for you then what is the point. You are suppose to have each others back no matter what happens. That goes along with your wedding vows.

Well of course. There is no way I am going to let someone talk bad about my man behind his back. They should have the balls to say it to his face or don't say it at all.

My ex sister-in-law once insulted my husband. I went off on her. She didn't say a word, she just sat there. She never tried that **** with me again.

Yes, definately isn't that what partnership is all about ? Watching each others backs. Or defending them whatever the case may be.

Some men don't want us standing up for them...my husband gets kinda testy about things like that he says he feels like a woman is fighting his battles and he won't stand for it. But I would do it anyway because I would expect him to stand up for me....after all if you can't depend on the partner you chose for life to stand up for you who can you depend on!

Hell yes! I've done it before and I'd do it again. One guy at his work said something about him and I went off on him and then the guy told him he needed to control his woman and then he went off on the guy...lol. I'm fiery!
