Specific problem-Justin Says if he adds any two different intergers, the result will always be a negative interger, but if he subtracts the same two intergers he used for addition, the result will always be positive.

Do you agree or disagree with Justin's Statement. Why or why not?

First part of your problem is right.Addition of two negative intgers is always negative. But their difference between two negative integrs is neither lwys positive nor always negative. It would depend on if you are subtravting the smaller number from the bggr negative number or not.For example if you subtract -35 from -24 you would get a positive answer.-24-(-35)=-24+35=+11
But if you subtract -24 from -35 you get a negative answer.-35-(-24)=-35+24=-11

Simple:
1)Sign are the same: Add and keep the sign
ex: 4 + 3 = 7 or -4 - 3 = -7
2)Signs are different: Subtract and keep the sign of the larger number
ex: 4 - 3 = 1 or -4 + 3 = -1

that easy!

like signs, add and put common sign, eg 2+3
5; -2 + -3 = -5
unlike signs, find the difference and put the sign of greater number, eg -2 + 3 = 1; -3 + 2 = -1

Yes, here are some examples:
Adding with diffrent integers: -5+(-2)= -7
-6+(-12)= -18
Subtracting with different integers:
-7-(-9)= -2
