1993 Jeep will have a serpentine belt system and the PS pump is driven by that belt. Look for something on the front of your engine that has a pulley and filler neck with a screw off cap- It'll likely be mounted low and on the driver's side.

Find the cap that says "Power Steering Fluid Only" It shouldn't be all too hard. If all else fails Yahoo it. (I'd say Google it, but I AM on a Yahoo page, so. . .)

In the reservoir for the power steering pump of course.
