Ok, Houston we have a problem. Clearly he is flirting, but the question is, does it bother you or make you feel so uncomfortable that it crosses your line so to speak. Ultimately that's the issue. Harassment. Do you feel harassed or in any way "creeped" out? if so, you know what you need to do. Politely at first, ask that he cease this behaviour. If however it does not cease you may need to take further steps.
At the end of the day, you must decide for yourself if this is acceptable to you. He enters your personal space at his leisure and you need to ask if that's ok, from there, well........

Oh my god. I would be!! What are the options? Maybe he is not flirting and he is just a sweet guy who sees you as a son or protege. If he is flirting, be flatterered. Flirting doesn't necessary mean he has any expectations beyond being friends with a really hot and beautiful young man. Kindness and blessing has many avenues. Now of course, he may be just trying to fatten you up and flavor you with coffee, for some weird cannibal club he belongs to. Or, he's trying to get the boss to catch you always eating and drinking on the job. But, I doubt it. He just sounds like a sweet guy who just happens to be older. And hey - even if he has some expectations, don't rule out the passion of an older married guy. You might be very pleasantly surprised. ;-)

He's flirting with you.
Jon X is on the money here - it may also be harassment. It's also inappropriate for this chap to be putting the moves on you at work.
Especially if he's senior.
Even though you're hot.
Be careful at the Christmas party, even if he brings his wife!

More important - how do you feel about him? If your interested investigate (surprise him with a donut and coffee one day and see what it means to him). If your not, with a pretty smile say thank you for the donuts and coffee and get back to work.

He's flirting, and up to no good since he is married.
Do not get involved with this man. Thank him but ask him to stop with the "gifts" as you wish to keep this strictly a business realationship.
Peace.

Old guys like young gals.
Eat garlic and talk into his face.
Well probably not at work. You must be accepting the gifts so he must tink you like him.
Leave the coffee and goodies sit and do not touch them.

yeah he's flirting...the next time he makes any untoward advances perhaps a passing mention of his wife would put this to an end(or mentioning you have a Boyfriend, even if you don't)

Sounds like he has a crush on you.
Either continue to accept his gifts or tell him your not interested.
But be very careful, he could react badly and embarrass you both.
Best of luck to you.

is this the same guy that wanted you to smell his cologne and asked you out after work? if so, then yes he is flirting...do something about it or not...your choice.
ps. if you want his attentions to stop, then tell him to stop...nicely if possible.

Definitely sounds like he's flirting.
Or he's just making sure you don't fall asleep!
