Sometimes stress or eating disorders such as anorexia can eliminate a woman from having her period..
I think the best option for you is to ask her to go to her Gynae and let him check what the problem may be.
Sorry for the loss of your baby!
Hope things work out well with your wife!
God Bless!!

I just want to you know that this is a common thing that happens to women...I'm not tryin to say that im pretty sure that its okay or there's nothin wrong...i believe that she may perhaps need to be patient since the way her hormones work have changed and mental stress can be one of the reason for why her mentruation cycle have stopped..i think its only a temporary and that it only needs time to become stable and balanced...
It's a very complicated thing...'cause the way the mentruation works, is different for each and every women...

my mentruation cycle is very sensitive...if i change the way i eat and exercise..it will literally get affected...(my periods will stop for a year..that happened twice..and so its difficult)

and i just wanna say that you seem to be a really good person and she should be so lucky to have you in her life..as your doin every thing to make sure thats she okay...

Good Luck!

The "normal menstrual cycle" occurs every 28 days ± 7 days.

Vaginal obstruction, cryptomenorrhea.
Receptor abnormalities for FSH, LH.

Menopause
Premature menopause

Exercise amenorrhoea, related to excessive physical exercise

Intense stress can cause this to happen. Some women in prison camps lose their periods. She should definitely keep in touch with her doctor. And I am sorry for the struggle you all are having. But your kindness and understanding means a great deal for her right now. I am sure you will find your way through this. Don't despair. She will be fine. You both will.

She needs to bypass to the physician. My older sister went for years having a era each 2 to 3 months by no skill suggested a ingredient she finally went to the physician and that they got here across a cyst as super as a mans head on one in all her ovaries and yet another one forming on the different one. Thank God they weren't maximum cancers. They ended up removing all her lady aspects yet she now's not in discomfort.

It is probably stress-related, but she should see her doctor to get some labs done and a thorough exam.
Good luck to you both. You have been through some tough times.
