I know this answer is not part of your question, but where r u in essex county? I live in sussex. Sorry i can't tell you where to find ballroom shoes though....

Try www.capeziodance.com. They have a store locator (I know they have stores that sell their shoes in Morris county, I'm sure they do in Essex as well).
