It may depend on several factors. The first of them is your operating system. Are you using Windows XP or an older version? Some old versions of Windows are unstable, so are some of the applications you run on them.

They upgrading to the latest version of Windows (if you PC supports it...). It might not since it looks a bit old, but with enough RAM (512 Mb), it could work... slowly. But it might be more stable.

Try also upgrading your drivers. For example, graphic card have a tendency to freeze the entire PC if they bug. Go see if an update is available for your card.

Another problem might be a but in your memory (RAM). I've seen this problem in the past. Try running the Microsoft memory diagnostic tool to see if that might be it (see link below).

it could be that you have alot of cookies go to tools to option and delete them all if that does not do it you might have to reboot the system let me know hope i helped you sin norm
