If you think you are pregnant STOP taking those diet pills NOW and get a pregnancy test! Those diet pills could have a very bad effect on your unborn child. The first trimester is the development stage. You could give your baby heart problems or even worse .... you could KILL your unborn child! If it turns out that you are in fact pregnant be sure to tell the doctor the names of ALL the medications that you have taken in the past three or four months. Slimfast shakes are also concidered to be a medication.

I agree. If you think you are pregnant, please stop taking the diet pills and visit your doctor or local Planned Parenting clinic. Each will administer a pregnancy test and if positive, will advise you on the possible affects of diet pills on your fetus. Again, if you are positive, I would advise against the use of any pill other than vitamins while carrying your child to term.
An alternative to diet pills would have to be healthier foods and controlled exercise. Don't deny your cravings, but think tof healthier choices that will feed your sweet, salty, sour, needs such as fruit, nuts, etc. You can eat the occassional ice cream and potato chips, but in moderation. Enjoy your pregancy and don't let your "diet" consume what is to be a very happy time in your life.
While growing in the uterus, babies seem to be safeguarded from a lot of abuse that parents knowingly and unknowingly commit against them. In your case, I am pretty certain your baby is fine and frequent follow-ups with your doctor should help set you and your baby at ease.

You need to stop taking the pills at once, take a pregnancy test and see a doctor or midwife. If you are plannig to get pregnant you need to be as healthy as you can be and not on a diet.

STOP THE MEDICATION IMMEDIATELY AND HAVE A PREGNANCY TEST DONE TO CONFIRM PREGNANCY! If you are indeed expecting, then have an honest discussion with your ob/gyn regarding what supplements you've been taking.
Manufacturers do not test the effects of medications on pregnant or lactating women as they do not want to be responsible for any ill effects their product may have on fetuses/babies.

If i were you i'd do a test immediately and if you are stop taking the pills and get to your doctors and voice your concerns! also check the pill packets/info leaflets as they should give you any indication on there if there is any chance a pregnancy could be affected.
