Most women can only try different things during pregnancy to combat this..........Everyone is different as you know.....
If you take care of yourself by getting enough rest, nourishment and some exercise allowed by your doctor....Try to drink orange juice every morning.....if it is too strong, add a touch water, or let ice cubes melt in glass.......eat lightly...scrambled eggs, and 1 toast in am with juice........soup, or a small salad or 1/2 sandwich for lunch, with apple juice sometimes or milk.....
fish is good for dinner.........place a piece in non stick skillet sprayed with Pam, fry on lo, with a baked potato and a veggie..(Sorry I didn't mean to talk so much.) One last thing, If you get nausea a lot...........take deep breaths 6-8 times.. sit back and relax till feeling over...(Good luck Hon! ) Sometimes just a small glass of coke cola will settle a stomach and make nausea go away

Take a pregnancy test and, if pregnant, definitely go see a doctor so you can get proper prenatal care. In addition to regular prenatal vitamins, which I always threw up, there are ones called Natachew that taste like a kid's vitamin pill. A LOT easier to keep down than the traditional prenatal pill.

I don't know what will work for your morning sickness, I just know that there were a lot of things that didn't work for me, but I know worked for others. My doctor prescribed phenergin, which did nothing but make me constipated. Ginger, lemons, car motion sickness accupressure bracelets, saltines in the morning before I got out of bed - most things didn't work for me. In my last pregnancy, however, something called Zofran came available. It is normally for nausea associated with chemotherapy, but they had just approved it for morning sickness. And it was the ONLY thing that I found that helped. It was a bit expensive since there was no generic for it, but for me it was worth it. I was still queasy, but not actually hurling!

Good luck!

Do a pregnancy test!

If you are pregant, it could well be morning sickness, but dont be deceived, you dont just get it in the mornings! Mine lasted all day for the first three months. Nothing relieved it either, and I tried everything!

Good luck!

Grate some fresh ginger and steep in hot water and then drink it. Very soothing and also healthy. Soda crackers help, too.
