Squeeze something round. A tennis ball would do or a ball from billiards. You know those squishy balls? Squeeze them over and over again. If your muscles ache a bit its a good sign. That means that your muscles are being worked up and practiced. Do this for as long as you want. If it becomes a habit, you will realize that your fingers are much flexible than before.

Check with your doctor. You may have Reynaud's Syndrome or the possibility of diabetes. Everyone who says use warm mitts or an electric blanket doesn't understand that your condition is chronic. They're just trying to be funny I guess.

Before you do anything absurd, check it out with your doctor. There are conditions such as Reynaud's Syndrome that may be the cause of your cold hands and need to be treated very specifically.
