Titanic. Both Kong and Titanic were very long movies, but Titanic built up to it's epic climax, I felt Kong was too long just because Peter Jackson was trying to prove that bigger is better. Peter, size isn't everything.

Well, Titanic at least had the advantage of being original.... King Kong, although it has amazing special effects, has the disadvantage that it is a very long film and is a remake of a classic movie!
