If it's like most Myspace pages, you've put too much on there, and it's probably mostly uncompressed.

It is good practice to have separate pages for different media, especially where there's a lot to download, so people can expect it.
It's also good practice to use compressed file formats (like gifs, for example) rather than bigger ones (like jpeg) to save bandwidth, too.

Unfortunately, best practice and myspace are generally at opposite ends of the etiqette spectrum.

No, it means the owner of the page thinks their site is going to look great by putting anything and everything on there to run at the same time...it's ridiculous how many myspace pages actually crash my PC thanks to massive amounts of music, video, gif and flash files trying to play at the same time. People need to tone it down a bit sometimes.

CCleaner is basically a dedicated cleaner which cleans the unwanted files in your computer...for eg. when you download or open any file or site, at many places it is registered in your computer that is not needed by the computer to work.....its a wonderful software that frees unwanted space...
Norton is basically a dedicated anti-virus.....
I sugess to still install CCleaner

You can find a free download of ccleaner here http://bit.ly/1sJimp9

it might, depends on what you have. I have the windows XP but my computer is slow due to the dial up i have. So if you have dial up it will be slow, but if you have roadrunner then you might need a upgrade.

You probably have too many bloaty images, videos, and sound files on there. Also, are you on dialup? That would affect your load time.

Yes, you need to upgrade your CD-ROM to a DVD-ROM.
