what should I do to achieve it what should be my spirit,goals,risks and so on.can you give me some good advice to become a scientist

Stay in school of course, Study. Study Study.
Try real hard in science class.always ask for help if you don't understand something, and you can always ask for extra work in science if you are good at it..........Naturally, I think you have to be good in math also...good luck to you and your goal in life!
At the age of 16, you sound like you are becoming very mature and intelligent..........keep doing what you are doing...If you go and bring up Einstein, Edison, and Marconi, you will find that most of their life consisted of their studies, not goofing around all the time...That will be hard to do today,,,Maybe allow yourself 1 fun night on the weekend with friends every 2 weeks...You still need a life! First of all, you have to have the God given talents. Even if you have the drive,if you don't have the talent, you will not succeed.Assuming that you have the talent, you have to persevere, especially during the rough times.
